The proposed development will have a footprint of approximately 1 hectare. Qair carefully considers the feasibility of every project and carries out a detailed assessment on each site.
- The site location is well connected to the Strategic Road Network and local A roads.
- The proposed facility would be sited far enough away from residential properties to negate any noise impact.
- There is scope to sufficiently enhance the site as well as measures to mitigate any potential environmental impacts, this will include screening the site with planting of native trees and hedges.
